We look at some of the challenges associated with them. And we look at how they protect you. Almost every Warrior has implemented a Trust at some point in the past 15 years.

This material is presented in a web seminar format for online viewing, as well as in book format for downloading.

The law with regard to Trusts changes each year. And each year it becomes a more useful mechanism for us business owners. Unfortunately, Trusts have a chequered history in the South African environment. In the past they have been used to dodge tax, for instance.

They still have a role in reducing your taxes, but this is not the main reason why we small business owners like them. We like them because they are a black box to protect our assets. As I said, everything you need to know is inside the Members Area.
