This material is presented in a web seminar format for online viewing, as well as in book format for downloading.

The law with regard to Trusts changes each year. And each year it becomes a more useful mechanism for us business owners. Unfortunately, Trusts have a chequered history in the South African environment. In the past they have been used to dodge tax, for instance.
