You can resign at any time simply by emailing me and telling me you no longer wish to be a member. There is no minimum period, and there is no fine print. My job is to keep adding value to your life, and as soon as you feel that isn't happening, then it's time to part. That keeps me very honest! And working real hard to keep your business out of trouble.

Pring And Conditions for Business Warriors

"You must be crazy to start your own business. You're going to lose your house, your car - everything!"

That's the advice I got when I decided to quit being an employee. And it scared the daylights out of me!

Thankfully I joined Business Warriors in 2004 and discovered the forum filled with advice, tips and solid info from other business owners; people who actually run their own businesses and understand - and know how to deal with - the challenges involved.

BW has given me an incredible network of advice and support. I've formed valuable relationships on both a business and personal level. Today, years after starting out, I still turn to the Wiki for practical info on Marketing, Trusts, Tax, Legal issues and general business savvy. Business Warriors is a valuable tool in my Business Toolbox.

I have been with Business Warrior for nearly 3 years and don't know how I managed without it. If I have a problem I get on to the forum and get answers normally in very short time. Peter's e-books give also really sound and practical advise for small business owners.

Business Warriors is like having a daily updated encyclopedia on hand.  Any question you may have whether it is business advice, security trends, marketing ideas or anything for that matter, chances are that a few hundred Warriors have already discussed it and came up with a number of solutions.  And if it’s not there, just ask and you’ll get it – same day!  And it's fun too. Thank Pete.

When effectively forced to relocate, I learnt that big stores, anchor tenants in centres, pay far less rent per sq m than small businesses. The anchor tenant is the attraction that gives the landlord the power to bleed the small business owner white, something landlords seem to specialise in.

This is important knowledge when selecting a location.

Landlords are hard to figure. The rent you pay constitutes their income - yet your survival is of bizarrely little imporatnce to them. They will bleed you with no regard to your survival. The more knowledge you can acquire when having to deal with these heartless bastards the better.
